What you will experience
A core part of the experience is our food. We serve healthy, organic meals with ingredients sourced mainly from our own garden. Menus can be fully customized – vegetarian, vegan, or non-vegetarian – and all dishes are prepared over an open fire using traditional methods.
For a deeper experience, we also offer cooking activities where guests can take part in preparing meals, learning local techniques and flavors along the way.
Environment
