We make one thing only — a country loaf. Long fermentation, crispy crust, open crumb. Each loaf is shaped by hand and baked fresh every day.
How it's made
Time is the
only ingredient

Evening mix
Just flour, water, salt and yeast. Mixed by hand in the evening and left overnight.
Ten hours
The dough ferments for around 10 hours. This gives it better taste, proper structure and a more natural texture.
Hand shaping
Each loaf shaped by hand. No moulds, no machines.
High heat bake
Crispy crust. Open crumb. Bread with real taste on its own.
