• Every experience is a set Manggarai feast cooked slowly over a wood fire — the times are fixed, as it is a ceremony.

Notes

• Children: under 10 dine free · from 10 years, full price (all experiences)
• Welcome drink: every guest is welcomed with a non-alcoholic herbal drink on arrival
• Moke (arak) tasting: an alcoholic Flores arak tasting, for adults, included in the private experiences only
• Menu: one set Manggarai feast, served all at once. Halal. Fish or vegetarian/vegan (tofu & tempe) on request
• If it rains: we serve inside the bamboo dining space; if the garden walk is cancelled for heavy rain, we refund that part
• Force majeure & illness: if you are unwell or need to move the date, we will always try to reschedule you kindly, even inside the window
