Private Cooking Class
with Lunch
A full private day in a real Flores kitchen
This is not something you watch.
This is something you do.
You cook, carry, pound, wrap, stir, taste, and sit down to eat what you made.
Overview
A full day, not a quick activity
This private cooking class is built around the real rhythm of making food here. It starts in the kitchen and in the garden, moves through fire and preparation, and ends at the table.
Nothing is rushed. Firewood is prepared first. Spices are crushed by hand. Bamboo is filled. Leaves, herbs, roots, vegetables, sambals, fish or chicken, and the rest of the meal come together slowly, in the order they need to.
During the dry season, cooking usually happens outside under the trees. During the rainy season, the experience moves into the indoor kitchen so the whole day stays comfortable and uninterrupted.
This is private, which means the space, the pace, and the day are for your group only.
Why it feels different
Not built as a show
Nothing here is simplified to look better.
Nothing is adjusted to feel easier or more presentable for visitors.
The tools are real. The process is real. The smoke, the heat, the time, the waiting, the work of preparing the meal. This is how the food is actually made.
If you are looking for something quick and polished, this is not it. If you want to spend a full day inside something real, this is exactly that.
