At Dapur Tara, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds for experiences booked with us.
1. General Policy
All payments are processed by PT Dapur Tara Flores through secure and verified payment channels. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used during the booking.
- All amounts are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling rules vary depending on the specific experience booked (for example: Shared Lunch, Private Dinner, or Cooking Class). Preparation times and logistics differ between experiences.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with the conditions listed there.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If PT Dapur Tara Flores must cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, safety reasons, or government restrictions), guests will be offered two options:
- A full refund of the amount paid; or
- A rebooking for another available date at no additional cost.
4. Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- External payment gateways (e.g., Xendit, your bank, or your credit-card provider) may apply their own transaction fees. These third-party fees are non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If any issue arises with a payment or refund, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Clear communication allows us to resolve issues more quickly and maintain a positive guest experience.
